Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Portalhorizoncore retains copyright in website materials, templates we create for general use, and methodologies described here. Client data and final pack files produced under an engagement belong to the client as set out in the engagement letter. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without permission.

Limitation of liability
